Lead Spray Technician

In this role, you will be responsible for applying spray foam insulation, preparing structures for insulation, and driving a truck and trailer to and from job sites. You will also be responsible for coordinating with the General Manager and other employees to complete jobs as efficiently as possible.

Skills and Experience:

  • The ideal candidate should have basic mechanical skills, general carpentry skills, and basic construction knowledge.
  • Experience with insulation, encapsulation, waterproofing, and air sealing is highly desirable. Painting experience is also helpful.
  • Backing a truck and trailer is a must-have skill.
  • Experience in spray foam for commercial or residential applications is preferred, but not required, as we will provide training for all new employees.
